Hopefully everyone was able to get at least one long easy run over the weekend.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px New York; min-height: 16.0px"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px New York"&gt;Tuesday: Practice at 2:45 FOR EVERYONE AT SPRAGUE. Repeat 2,000’s on the grass fields at Sprague. &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline"&gt;Please try to remember to bring a jar of sauce, a bag of pasta or a loaf of Italian bread to practice.&lt;/span&gt; We will finalize entries to the Cascade meet.
